I would guess that it is the amounts. When they first started slowing, I started to only request small amounts and they have moved much faster. In fact, since July and August, I have received at least three OX now from each e-currency that you are waiting on. My only larger one is $300 with INTGold since September 23rd and it is the only one not paid.

I would say it should definitly start 'noticably' improving towards the end of March. I beleive this for several reasons:

Some of the major admins have, or are, in the process of establishing an OX-FSP which will see a constant stream of funds being use solely to process OutXchanges.

DXInOne themselves have taken some of the responsibility and are also processing OutXchanges themselves. If you read around the various forums they seem to be focusing on e-Bullion and e-Gold OutXchanges of $1000.00+.

The vast majority of people who took advantage of the EEE-Currency run to move three to four months worth of OA Fees to IB would be almost over and therefore they will not be able to maintain the size of DXPortfolio they have at present, meaning either they reduce it, or go into Standard OA. Either eay benefits the DXSystem even further.

In March DXInOne are planning on releasing even more DXServices which means we are that much closer to have all the main DXServices online.

Also, adsXposed is rapidly growing as more and more people are beginning to see it's potential and that in itself helps the DXSystem as DXG is being used up to pay for this service, thus the DXG / e-Currency balance which is so crucial will move closer and closer together.

These are just some of the reasons that come to mind, I'm sure there are others.
