I am not sure if you can transfer from an ETrade Brokerage Account to another US account unless the other account belongs to you as well. Yes. They still have numbered accounts, but due to recent regulations your name must be known to the bank. It can only be accessed by a few executives at the bank, not by everyone who works there, but it's not 100% anonymous like it used to be.
