To me the nonsense that this fellow Rajesh writes makes perfect sense. He has taken time to change his stand from "I'll take responsibility and pay immediately" ( as he wrote to some members) and get a revised response to Mike drafted by a lawyer. He is aware and scared that his private dealings , his NZ Overseas Indian passport, his Calcutta address are all available and people can hunt him down. He should know that someone is even tracking his Bank account in India. OF THE MANY LIES HE HAS UTTERED ON PVA, ONE IS THAT HIS ACCOUNT IS FROZEN. He has challenged his members to go for the legal avenue . They may not, Mr Rajesh Chatterjee. There are many ways to bring you down to your knees if you don't return the money you've taken. If 100 members combine and appoint recovery agents , his relations in India will find life miserable to bear. Let's wait and see how far it all goes. In the meantime, Mike, please ask members in general not to put him on legal notice. If he does corner us however, we must be ready to pull up funds and do what it takes.

This little scam is nothing compared to the hit I took with zeek.....not a good month or two for me..

I am sorry for you. I am getting more and more sure that these programmes are not the way to go. Traditional, long term mlm/network marketing business models are more safer. I have even stopped all my HYIP activities now.

mlm is a nightmare. Anyway it has been for me and millions of others. forex is as risky as a good hyip's. Finding a 9 to 5 job is tough and who wants to work one of those anyway....Not much really to live for. imo.

The update is there was no mediation on the 18th - it had to be rescheduled. I've not heard about the new date even though I've emailed him 3 times about it.

I was not in Zeek but Network Empire was a surprise. There was a lot to show it was based on something real. However, things can STILL happen.

The HYIP arena is just a joke - poor energy and a waste of time. I'm building Empower (going great) and keeping it real with some conservative FX.

Zeek has been closed by its owner because of SEC calling it a Ponzi. This is being seriously challenged by a strong group through a reputed law firm. There is no criminality attached to the whole episode.Rajesh's act amounts to criminality. He cannot be contacted by members and nobody knows what really happened.
It is a shame if he cannot be held responsible either in India or in New Zealand for his criminal act.

Even if Zeek is cleared, 10 years down the road, the damages is now irreversible. Even If Rajesh's is brought to justice, the damage is done. Move on folks and let the dead bury the dead.

That's quite a a meek submission , one should say. I thought Michael had a course of action ready if Rajesh failed to pay. On the contrary , it looks like we have decided to shake hands with the pickpocket and walk away. I agree with eichentech. It's a shame.

NWE is just another scam now , a more flagrant and audacious one. This fellow Rajesh ( a Bengali and Indian as we know) is merrily hybernating in New Zealand and will not rear his slimy head any time soon for anyone to catch. His mission is fulfilled - commiting a crime online is still the safest for born criminals like him who have failed to make it even in India as a wayside pickpocket or snatcher. Our super-affiliates have helped him rip us off and now plead ignorance. If anyone's been trying to get into the NWE site , it's already showing signs of being taken off and my anti-virus tells me it's no longer safe to browse it. Those who are serious about running the legal hog have hopefully taken screenshots of all the pages - the evidence is about to vanish for good.
