There is nothing to lose for you, you can watch the game, and see the final result it is exactly as "predicted". You do not need to bet ~ well you will just lost a chance to double up whatever amount you betted, but it is ok. If someone knew about fixed games he would never give them away as he can make a huge profit from just betting on those games. Another statement that I find funny is because college players have no salaries they tend to fix games more often - think about a strong player, would he accept money to play bad or will he play good instead and hope he gets noticed and can go pro ? Exactly some money in college, or a career in professional sports. Fame, knowing you mad it to the top, and much more. People in college don't sell out. And college isn't serious enough to where "people" put pressure on them to lose (organized crime)
