This section houses closed, inactive, and offline programs.
Closed programs are programs whose administrators have officially announced the end to their programs.
Inactive programs are programs whose thread on MMG has not had a single post for a period of 4+ weeks.
Offline programs are programs whose websites have been down for a minimum of 7 days.

Yeap, admin is Gary from ASNMonitor, previous admin of NetSurfMonitor. But after what he did with ZProSurf.net and QXLSurf.com I will not join here.  After 1-2 weeks he will get bored being AS admin and will sell it again? I remember also Richard, current ZProSurf admin had troubles because of buying program from him.  He is small trickster, I will not waste my time here. Before you join, please search about his previous programs and the way he sold them. I am definately OUT
