Closed programs are programs whose administrators have officially announced the end to their programs.

Inactive programs are programs whose thread on MMG has not had a single post for a period of 4+ weeks.

Offline programs are programs whose websites have been down for a minimum of 7 days.

But after what he did with ZProSurf.net and QXLSurf.com I will not join here. After 1-2 weeks he will get bored being AS admin and will sell it again? I remember also Richard, current ZProSurf admin had troubles because of buying program from him. He is small trickster, I will not waste my time here. Before you join, please search about his previous programs and the way he sold them.
