STP is world champion in slow of verification. I sent my copied documents more then one month ago, they asked to sent them signed page of my passport, I did it 15 days ago, and I am still waiting...

This is frustrating situation...

You are not alone. I tried to do a bank verification, and after 2 months, they barely got it to to tell me that I have to get some other documents to actually verify my account. So now, I am waiting on my other documents to come in the mail, so that I can re-send my verification forms to STP to finally bank verify my account.

I also just sent in a CC authorization form last week, and I hope they get to it. There was one CC that had in my account that was not verified for over 2 months, and I need to withdraw with it, but I can't. So I decided to send them another CC Auth Form last week. Nothing yet...

There is nothing you can do except wait. Apparently, they have recently hired many more staff, so it is predicted that in the next 2-3 weeks, verifications, phone calls, withdrawals, deposits, and support tickets are supposed to be processed much faster. We will just have to wait and hope that is true.

I've heard that many people have had problems with STP verifications, for me everything went smoothly.
It took 8 days to get my account verified, I uploaded a scan of my passport and 2 bills with my address on.

I didn't need to do any bank verification, first time I funded my stp account it took 6 hours before the money showed up in my stp account and after that all other transfers to stp and from stp to my bank account has been instant, but it's ofcourse different procedures in different parts of the world, I live in North Europe.

I think AlertPay (Payza) has them beat for that one. At least for me.

Still waiting on bank verification documents sent 1st week in June
