I need to be able to track sales and affiliate down line activity, a shopping cart, the ability to upload sale and download pdfs. etc etc

I've been very satisfied and love it. If you would like a first hand look at how well it works and what it can do, let me know and I'll give you the grand tour. Hope this helps. The only other solution that I would recommend (without spending $25K) is http://ultimatecashcow.com but they're expensive, played out, and limited in function -- but their product works well...so that's a good thing.
