Hello,
To fund you AP account directly with your credit card would be considered cash advance (without being slapped with a huge fee). Use their approved exchangers and you can do it in that way. If you are making a payment directly to someone then you can use your card, but you cannot deposit this money and have it sit in your account. There's a way that it can be done bypassing AlertPay's security, but that can get your account suspended if caught. Feel free to PM me if you need some advice.
My experience using credit card thru AP to purchase Ad2Million Units was that the credit card company considered it a Cash Advance and socked me the 3% fee plus compound daily interest. The credit card stated that any purchase you made by credit card thru an online processor is considered a cash advance.
Someone stated earlier on in this thread to fund cashx with credit card. Now that could be considered a cash advance.
