Please Help With Merchant Online For Real Estate Business

Anyone who a making real estate business, can help me or give an advice? My Business: vacation real estate and now I try to find credit card processing online (not paypal and like this) for my new US company (I have account in Bank of America without any transactions history and it refuse to open a merchant, they consider this business as high-risk. If you already use such a billing, who will work with a new US company (without transactions history) and without long hold of money (withdraw within a week is fine) Please give me advice. Thx!
