This site ran for a long time concidering the sites admins open and close in just under 14 days. There is no refund money available and thats why he does not pay and its not his fault as he ran what he could for longer than most!

I agree with you 100%. Refunds and this arena do not go hand in hand, but when an admin promises folks that nobody will lose money in his site, he should be held accountable.
