Well seems if you do not personally get someone to join under this one, you do not earn a cent.

I have no time to promote apart from surfing program and not one person has signed up, so I have never earned any money on this one.

I guess a lesson I have learnt here, stick to the doublers and cyclers where i know I will earn as referring people I can never seem to achieve.

oh btw .. is there a personal acquired members minimum to be qualified for spillover? Let me explain my question more thorough. If there isn't a qualification this program seems to be a piramid; meaning the person joining earlier is always earning the most money. When you -- for example -- embed a qualification of bringing in 5 personal members, you motivate people to bring in new people (instead of being lazy and wait for spillover) thus the matrix would fill a lot faster. Disadvantage of course would be that people that won't qualify bring holes into the matrix. A problem that can be solved with buying extra places; which would be the 'punishment' for not bringing in serious people (duplication is the key in forced matrix!).
I'm reading something about 3 being the 'magical number' but don't read anything about a minimum. Who can enlighten me?

The key is: Don't just waiting for spillover. Keep promoting your link to generate spillover for your downlines. Therefore, both of you and your downlines will get the benefit.
Next step, YES the duplication is very important to speed up your matrix. When people in your downlines doing as exactly you are doing in generating spillover for their downlines (which are belong to your downlines too untill 15 levels) then your matrix would growing real fast.

The spillover system which is implemented by this MAXShare Matrix is not my favourite one, but this is still benefit for anyone who is not too good in recruiting people.
The spillover works like this:
+ When you refer the 1st to 3rd person, they will become your level 1 downlines.
+ When you refer the 4th to 6th person, the 1st person in your level 1 will get the spillover of these 4th to 6th person.
+ When you refer the 7th to 9th person, the 2nd person in your level 1 will get the spillover of these 7th to 9thn person.
+ When you refer the 10th to 12th person, the 3rd person in your level 1 will get spillover of these 10th to 12th person.
All the 4th to 12th person referred by you will then become your level 2 downlines.

As I mentioned before, this is not my favourite. Because the 2nd and 3rd person in your level 1 have to waiting for the 1st person to get 3 referrals (or spillover) before they will get their turn to get the spillover from their upline.
Actually, I prefer to spread the spillover for all 3 persons.
This should work like this:
+ The 4th person will become the level 1 of 1st person.
+ The 5th person will become the level 1 of 2nd person.
+ The 6th person will become the level 1 of 3rd person.
+ The 7th person will become the level 1 of 1st person (second spillover)
...
And this turn is continue untill the 12th person become the level 1 of 3rd person.
By this spillover system I'm personally preferred, the 2nd and 3rd person don't have to wait too long befere they get their spillover.

I'm not quite sure about site's spillover of MAXShare Matrix if it is really work or not.
If there is anyone join the matrix without any referer, then he/she will become the level 1 of random user or keep registered as unreferred??
