Joined, but cannot upgrade, because got this message from Alertpay:
"Due to temporary difficulties we cannot process MasterCard/Visa transactions at this time. Please try again later, or use an American Express card."

Will contact them and ask when this issue will be fixed.

That is not a new problem. They have not accepted MasterCard/Visa for months. The only way that you can get AlertPay funds is to find an ecurrency exchanger or exchange with another member.
