I lost my payment password and phone password and asked Masterforex to issue me new ones. Sent my handwritten statement, scanned my IDs and all but nothing come out of it. It has been 3 weeks now, what was promised to take a few days to finish. I'm not depositing more capitals unless the problem is solved.

HOW TO BECOME A CLIENT

Step 2 – Register

Step 3 – Choose the trading account type
We offer standard or ECN account and micro account for the beginning traders. You can find out about conditions and features of each type here

Step 4 – Fill in your personal data
Fill in all the required fields of the registration form with authentic personal information. Special attention should be paid to the lines “Trader’s password” and “Telephone password”. The first password is used to enter your Trader’s office and your personal account in the Trading platform, while the second one is necessary for your identification at your application to the Company.

Step 5 – Write down the pin-code
If all the fields are filled in correctly you will see notice that the registration is completed. Pay attention to the article “Pin-code” – it has to be written down or copied right away, because it is displayed only once, and it will be impossible to withdraw funds from your account without it.

Step 6 – Download the Trading platform
Now you are the registered trader and you need the Trading platform to work. You can download setup file here. If you are only at the start of your trading activity and have questions on using the Platform – get acquainted with the frequently asked questions. The Trader’s Forum and on-line chat can be useful to you as well. Here you can communicate and trade at the same time. Discuss the trade on-line, advise with each other, share your experience, compete!

Step 7 – Deposit funds to your account
Now you are completely ready to trade on real account, but in order to do it you need to deposit the real money to your account. All payment options and payment systems are listed here. Also you can apply for deposit/withdrawal of your funds via the Trader’s office
