But that would ease the hussle malaysian going thru rite now.. any body has any idea how to start the whole thing from the scratch? i mean from the logical to the technical? Converting currencies should not be a problem and since most of the hyips or all the hyips are using USD therefore USD shud be the main option. Legally, we can setup a payment processor. Only problem is, to setup one you need approval from Bank Negara Malaysia. And BNM don't just give up approval just like that, unless your a big financial player like Maybank, HSBC, BSN, Etc.
