I agree it sure looks that way mad.gif

At least I did not put in more than I could afford to lose, I knew the risks when I sent my money to a stranger on the net

I requested a reversal from AlertPay, just the way MahiFund admin asked. AlertPay got back to me saying there had been a lot of requests and to be patient while they worked through them...

This was the reply I got from Alertpay in regard to my dispute

Hello,

Thank you for contacting AlertPay's Resolutions department.

We have received your dispute and have begun our investigation. Due to a number of complaints we have received in reference to this seller and an unusually high volume of disputes, the resolution process is taking longer than expected. Please allow our administrative team some time to resolve this issue. We thank you in advance for your patience.

Rest assured that we will do everything in our power to reach a favorable resolution for your dispute.

Regards,

Yeah - me too, Sister Paula. I'm afraid if they don't use AP I won't be playing in this sandbox. I hate LR and I'm not setting up PerfectMoney just for this one program... I sure do hope they refund my $$ to AP, though...

Ditto Sister Paula

I won't play with LR and PM only sites and yes I hope AP refunds all members who used them to join this program

Well, after contacting Alerpay for the second time, I finally got a refund but only 60%.
Better than none I guess.

Hello,

Thank you for contacting AlertPay's Resolutions department.

As the seller has proven to be non co-operative and unwilling to resolve their issues we have taken further action and started concluding multiple issues such as yours.

Your request for a refund has been granted and you may access your account to see the credit. The credit that was applied to your account is 60% of the difference between the payments sent to and received from the seller.

The credit you received is 60% of the same amount you lost when sending money to that specific seller. Please consider yourself fortunate as not all members will be able to get reimbursed due to the nature of such programs.
