Closed programs are programs whose administrators have officially announced the end to their programs.

Inactive programs are programs whose thread on MMG has not had a single post for a period of 4+ weeks.

Offline programs are programs whose websites have been down for a minimum of 7 days.

I hate LR and I'm not setting up PerfectMoney just for this one program... Hello, Thank you for contacting AlertPay's Resolutions department. As the seller has proven to be non co-operative and unwilling to resolve their issues we have taken further action and started concluding multiple issues such as yours. Your request for a refund has been granted and you may access your account to see the credit. The credit that was applied to your account is 60% of the difference between the payments sent to and received from the seller. The credit you received is 60% of the same amount you lost when sending money to that specific seller. Please consider yourself fortunate as not all members will be able to get reimbursed due to the nature of such programs. Regards,
