While many casinos only let you Double on 10 or 11, we let you Double on any two cards. We also offer Surrender, which most online casinos do not. So I am confused about your comment. If you mean an "even money" bet, playing pass line odds in Craps gives you exactly that. Place a bet on the Pass (or Don't Pass) line and then after making a roll place the maximum (2x) on the Pass/Don't Pass Line odds.
