No, They will spillover to your downline from the 1st paid seat that came into your downline that doesn't have ten yet on their 1st level and work its way down. The moment that person has ten on their 1st level from either your's or their direct efforts it will go to the next person that had a paid seat in your downline and continue this movement throughout the ten people You Brought In.
