My Lr Acc Have Been Hacked Twice Within 2 Weeks, already change password, pin, masterkey still being hacked

Dear friend
It is happen at my LR account recently
being unauthorized transfers twice $80 and $20
I do changed many times my password, pin, masterkey
Also I make long password, almost 15 word long.

I just feel stranged that normally LR will send me email regarding any activity on my account
either receiving or sending money.

BUT when this happen twice, it doesn't send any confirmation email that someone was open my account tranfers to the another account

I just know it when I open my Account.. and I change my password right away, but It keep happening at my account

I already send support ticket to LR but never get answer.

I never give someone my password, also I was aware about phising site

If anybody has experience the same thing,please share for me how to protect my LR account.


my questions
- How secure LR account?
- How come it happen without sending confirmation email that some one has transfer money from my account?
- did 3 layer of security save?
- How do I filing complaint about this, because I never get answer from LR support ticket

wow.. please make sure your computer is protected with latest anti virus .. i think the problem is on your computer , i use LR for long time and no issue about the safety .. again please check your computer ..

I already install the antvirus.
But I dont understand why this is happen, LR not sending confirmation email?
usually LR will send email confirmation regarding any activities at my account...
sending and receiving, but This time no email confirmation, and I do check setting it doesn' changed.

I just know my accoutn being unauthorized transfer when I open my account, And they empty my LR USD

Unlike Alertpay and Paypal, in LR I cannt track and complaint who hacked my account.

I already try send the Support Ticket and NEVER get answer from LR staff

I am still don't know why this is happen at my account

If that's the case, create another LR Account with new passwords and all. And if you have money in your existing LR Account, transfer it to the new account. And never use your LR passwords with other sites. Even don't use the password of the e-mail you used to register your LR, with other sites.

please re install your OS & the latest kill virus soft and keep it update, change your LR password & pin , making password more compliccated, don't click links in emails and don't input your password in any sites except LR, the most important, you can use Liberty Guard in your browse, then your LR acct will be secure, no one can steal your moany any more, I think.

already reformat my computer and OS
and open new account. and installed new Antivirus AVAST
but make me really dont understand that when someone tranfers out my money
LR did not give confirmation email, Because I always check my email all the time.
Usually LR always send confirmation email regarding any activities of my account either receiving or sending money
And I do check my setting that nothing changed.

I already send ticket to LR staff, and Have NO ANSWER at all, that really make LR staff unprofessional unlike AP and PP Customer service
Hope this lesson make me learn not to put much money at LR account

and in corner have small icon write "API" I dont know what thats means

I think you have a keylogger and the hacker changes the email so you don't get notifications. Definitely get some antivirus software and change all of your information again.

API means Application Programming Interface, which mean LR allow the third soft connect it & process transaction, if someone use API transfered money to another account, LR will not send email for conformation, but for SCI transaction, email formation will do. so the hacker must use API to stole your moeny.

Is that mean LR not secure?
Not everybody know about API things
LR now they have 3 layer off security (Login passwd, PIN, master key)

If this hacker use API for hack someone account, even LR put 10 security layer, hacker still can do the API things

LR doesn't have good Customer Support like Alertpay or Paypal.

Why LR did not erase all "API" from LR programs, because we as member can't do anything for refund or dispute, when someone HAck another Account

Just make more unsecure to use LR anymore

Well, mine got hacked today and I'm not happy. I decided to put $2 in a hyip and when I went to pay - it said that a new IP was detected and they were sending me a new PIN # - so when I received it - I put the code in and was able to pay the merchant. And then I made a spend to another program and again the same thing happened, re IP was different - and had to put another code in. That's when I discovered there was $0 in my acct. I contacted them but doubt if they can help me and I don't want this to happen to me again.

There must be a Trojan in your pc, you must reinstall your OS & virus kill soft, delete API setting everytime when you want to logout.

Hello,
Everybody was asking the same things
How to do delete API setting
could u give us the complete information about how to shut off API
I have been hack $100 within a week
Already re-install OS and New anti virus..
to bad LR staff doesn't respond any disputes
I can't imagine when someone has $5000 Lr and got hack because of API setting, maybe they'll go crazy

please do tell us...
