U.S. Rep. Jim Sensenbrenner, already a millionaire and heir to the Kimberly-Clark fortune, is on a lucky streak. The Republican hit it big in 1997 with a $250,000 jackpot in the District of Columbia lottery. Then, last spring, he won $1,000 prize in the Wisconsin lottery, and he won another $1,000 in that lottery last week.

"I got lucky," Sensenbrenner said.

Sensenbrenner, 64, was born into a family that helped build Kimberly-Clark Corp., maker of Kleenex tissue and Scott paper towels, and he recently reported a net worth of about $11.6 million. He said he spends about $10 a week on lottery tickets.

The latest winnings came in a Super 2nd Chance drawing, in which people who mail in at least $5 in losing tickets vie for 10 $1,000 prizes each week. Lottery officials put the odds of winning just one time at 1 in 5,000.

This is run by a guy in Tel Aviv, Israel. He runs these "pools" and "lotteries" from University computers he uses free there. I had to login again when I saw "James John"(Real Name: Shai Shab-Tai Lavi Landau, AKA: Hapoel, AKA Shai Landau, AKA (insert alias here)) was up to his old tricks again. If anyone wants info on him I can tell you what you need to know, real name, location, and how he runs his "pools" and "lotteries". I do have firsthand proof and knowledge of how he runs these, so this is not an opinion, in fact I have proof I went to Israel to "work" with him. PM me if you need to know the whole story.

is it true that james paid for your coming to Israel and you did not deliver what you promised? this is what he said when asked by me about your interesting post. he says you are homeless he tried to help. and also that he paid to you by western union a lot of money.
he confirmed that his Hebrew name is Shab-Tai and that james is Shab-Tai.

anyway, the lottery is stable pays longer than any other project at MMG.

and the risk is small.

1. He did pay for me to travel to South Africa, and to Israel. To SA to meet with Nigerian Scammers, during which the police came to me at the hotel and had a conversation with me about, to warn me not to go anywhere alone with them unless I wanted to end up dead in a ditch. He made me stay there a week protesting that it was a real opportunity even though I told him BEFORE I left the USA that it was a scam, and a waste of time. Any money he lost sending me there is his responsibilty, as I was employed loosely by him at the time, and followed all his instructions despite my resvervations about working with obvious Nigerian Scam Artists. And to Israel using someone else's credit card(Which I became aware of in England), make your own judgment.

2. I promised to do LEGAL things(Internet Marketing, Web Design, Etc.), he wanted me to do illegal and dishonest things, which I will gladly post about here if necessary.

3. And, he also did not hold up HIS end of our bargain, in fact the first day I was there he put me in a very cheap and gross hotel while complaining about it and the next day he told me it was fine if I slept on the street (in Winter? that's a GREAT way to start a relationship with a supposed employee).

3.1 Also, part of our agreement was for me to have and work from an apartment, which he lied and said was being "prepared" for me, and he made the mistake of giving me the address. I went to said apartment(walked miles to find it too.. at night), there were NO apartments in the whole building that were empty, and none that were occupied that were renting out rooms of any kind. I interviewed many residents and the ones that spoke English confirmed there was NO apartment available in the whole building. (there were no rooms nor apartments being painted or otherwise worked on in any way either)

3.2 Also, he did not uphold his end of the bargain regarding payment, he gave me barely enough money for food and to ride the bus to universities to run his "pool" during the week I attempted to see if he was just insane and it was a real opportunity or it was all fraudulent.

3.3 I did NOT agree to pretend to be many different ppl and log onto forums and other areas of the internet to advertise. I have certification and years of training and experience in internet marketing and he ignored all my suggestions and merely wanted me to pretend to be different ppl and spam as much as possible. That was NOT part of our agreement.

3.4 Also, he refused to form a contract, which I pushed for many times(I even sought an Attorney while there to draw one up and/or investigate him for me). A REAL businessman doesn't run businesses using FREE internet in university/college computer labs. Nor, does a real businessman who is allegedly a millionaire, run his business from his mom and/or sister's apartment(while claiming he had an office, which I never saw once) with whom he lived and take public transportation as cheaply as possible when it would be more efficient to own a simple car.

3.5 Also, he possibly paid or otherwise somehow got at least 1 or 2 ppl to follow me, because he did not know where I was after I told him I was done working for him when I identified his fraudulent activity and made the choice not to interact with him. He found where I was staying(luckily I found some nice ppl to stay with there, so I didn't have to be homeless there like he wanted me to be, and he met with me and tried to sweet talk me into working for him).

4. I was temporarily homeless at the time he was in contact with me because the owner of where I was staying wanted to sell the place and ended the lease, and it took me a couple weeks to get into a new place. That isn't relevant, nor any indication of my character which is NOT in question here.

Luckily I was able to find the US Embassy and return home unharmed. Despite his threats and aggressive attitude, I was not deterred from finding the truth, and then deciding not to work with him anymore. Apparently he assumed I was some pitiful homeless man he could take advantage of or something, who knows, he is obssessed with astrology and fortune telling methods to try and win sportsbetting(mostly soccer games).

I would not be surprised if "diceman" IS "Hapoel"/Shai Shab-Tai Lavi Landau, and a check would show that his IP is coming from a Tel Aviv university.

diceman's typing style is a perfect match to the "Hapoel" I know.

If anyone needs the whole story, I have perfect recollection of all details of how he runs his "pool"/"lottery".

Also, Shai is obssessed with cutting and pasting from other websites to form advertisements and/or argue his points with anyone who disagrees with him. (See post #4 above: Posted Sep 8 2007, 09:22 AM)

Your statement gives you away Shai. Only you would know that I was in the American Midwest, which you erroneously call "American-Mid east", at the time you tried to take advantage of an unfortunate situation I found myself in at the time.

1. I am not a "homeless". And, I never have been a "homeless", though I have moved quite often and sometimes lived in a hotel during transitions.

2. And, you didn't spend 10k on my travel expenses, but nice try.

Mid east = Israel.
