I withdrew the funds from their website and the hyip says that the withdraw is in process. However, these funds have been in process for over a week. Is that normal? How long does it take to get funds out of a hyip and back into liberty reserve once you've withdrawn your investment?

It could take longer if there are weekend time or holidays. But pending for 1 week seems to be pretty long, i would contact their support and search for the program in forums to find out whether it pays to others. If it doesn't pay to others too, then this HYIP has became a scam.
