How Long For A Dispute?

I filed a dispute on 11/14/08. I have yet to hear from Alertpay. I know "I checked the up to 3 week" button but shouldnt I of atleast received something saying that it is being investigated?

If your ticket is on hold, it means the situation is being investigated. We will respond when there is more information to be provided or requested.

Hi there,

Can anybody please tell me if I file a dispute against one of my transaction made to any merchant from ALERTPAY account?

1. Will there be my account kept on hold or I can operate my account as usual.

2. And how much refund can I expect from Alertpay.


Please help me to understand both these aspect.
