I have requested withdrawal via bank wire 2 days ago but it still shows pending. How long does it take?

Another thing is that I have a personal pro verified account but I am selling online do I need to create a business account or can I still use my personal pro account? I am already accepting payments using that. Do I need to create a business account instead?

Hello,

Most of the time you'll probably receive a quicker response by creating a ticket at helpdesk.alertpay.com in the appropriate queue.

It takes up to four (4) business days to process a withdrawal by bank wire.

Are you selling online under your business name (ie.: Bob's Building Supplies) or your personal name (ie.: Bob Smith)?

If you intend to do business under a business name, you have to submit your own personal verification documents (picture identification card and proof of address) as well as a DBA (doing business as) document, article of incorporation, or other corporate documentation that proves your ownership/administration of the business.

For personal verification, only a picture identification card and a proof of address is necessary.

Regards,

Chris

After today if still no news I will submit a ticket as well because as per there terms it says 3-5 days and it will be my 5th business day today. Will keep you posted. And if alertpaychris is reading this then it would be better so he can help us.

Hello,

If you'd like to post your ticket or reference number I can look into the matter and escalate it to the correct team.

Once the bank wire is completed in your AlertPay account, the amount of time until it reaches your bank varies on the bank itself and if the bank requires the use of an intermediary bank.

Furthermore, it depends on how advanced the bank is. There are many delays with Chinese banks and many use intermediaries to process the bank wire, which may also charge additional fees. North American and European banks tend to have fewer delays.

Cheers,

Chris

You may try with their approved exchanger incrementalgold.com next time. I heard that it takes less with them for a bank wire.

Hi, I also have a pending withdrawal since the 9th so I am assuming it will be completed today? If I am not mistaken, because so far from all my withdrawals it only took 2 business days from pending to completed and another 5 business days from completed to my bank account. So I guess from Alertpay's site that it takes 3-5 business days for bank wire withdrawals it's wrong because it usually take 5-7 business days.

It's not wrong. Once the withdrawal in completed on the AlertPay end, it's no longer in our hands. Different banks take varying amounts of time to complete, which we can't control. In North America it's generally much quicker than in, let's say, Asia.

Hi Chris, I really need your help about bank wire system. I made my 1st Bank Wire withdraw at 7 Jan 2009. It say completed at 9 Jan 2009 but I didn't receive the fund till today (12 Jan 2009).

I've read about post that bank wire is depend on my bank but i think there's no problem with my bank because i did bank wire withdraw too at strictpay at the same day (7 Jan 2009) and i've receive my withdraw (to my bank) at 9 Jan 2009.

i've ask my bank they said they'll accept the fund within 1 business days after the fund is sended.

Why i still didn't receive my fund?

I've send you PM and Support Ticket. sad.gif

Once the transaction is completed in AlertPay, it means that we've sent all the necessary information to the bank and the funds are no longer in our possession. Since we've based in North America, it may already be nighttime where your bank resides, thus it will add another day or two to when you'll have access to the funds in your bank account.

We've noticed that larger banks tend to credit the funds more quickly than smaller banks, especially if your bank uses an intermediary to process bank wires. It also has to do with where your bank account is located as banks must do due diligence to understand where the funds are coming from and to understand to whom the funds must be credited. Each country may have their own laws that may slow down the wire process.
