How can I unlock it?

Is there any other way that sending to them post mail?

If no, how long it will take (unlocking account) ?

You have to make a phone call to MB company to ask them to check for you the reason why they locked your MB acc. and ask them what you should do in order for them to unlock your MB account . It usually takes quite long time for them to reply your e-mail(sometimes take up to a week time) , so the fastest way is to call them. ? I think after you submit your documents such as Id copy , driving licence copy to them , they'll unlock your account soon.

Yes, I did it and they locked me bacause I borroved $20 to my firend.

And they 3 weeks was friends MB ok, but now, when he received $90 he is locked too and all money deleted,

They just waited when he will have more money, to scam more money,

You guys don't have the full story yet.

I had my account locked with them the other day. So I asked them how I get it unlocked? They told me that they needed a copy of my certified copy of my ID/Passport. So I ended up having to send it to them. After that, I did a few change with a friend of mine and now they locked it again!!!

This time guess what they wanted from me? Yes... you're right, they wanted my 1st born. LoL... No... they actually wanted a certified copy of my ID/Passport again!!! How interesting could that get? Now, there is no way of reaching them except by through Postal Mail which will take forever again!!!

How stupid can MB get?

You can use DHL or any other courier service to quickly send your verified ID copy.

Actually, MB do all this stuff because of security reasons.

My brother had to change his date of birth, which he entered wrong by mistake. But this wasnt easy, He had to send a copy of his ID to MB.

I on the other hand, am using MB for more than a year without a single problem

A few months ago, MB locked my acc. , but I send a copy of my passport and they unlock...

So simply.

Hello all! I have same problem!

How long does it usualy take to unlock from the point I sent my ID documents?


Here is my sotry:

9 days ago, my account was locked. They asked me to submit my ID document. I submited my passport and ID card. 3 days latter they reply that they received documents, and I need to change my password, and they will unlock me. I did that, send them a message that I did. And I never heard from them, my account is still locked.

Today I called them on the phone, and spoken to the man, he told me that my documents are uploaded, and they will contact me by the end of the day. They did not contacted me. My account is still locked, 9 days since I submited requested documents. It is not fair, I can not withdraw my own money!


In the meanwhile, I sent them several emails again...

Why are they so slow? Will they ever unlock my account?

after so many emails I sent them, and a phone call, my account is unlocked today.

I am worried as we were gonna use moneybookers to except payments for ebay auctions, if they tie up your account like paypal then please help here......................any input on this thanks, Matt

maybe u receive fraud money?? who know... maybe mb think you are frauder.

The worst organsiation I never seen.

My account has also been locked, this time it is more than one month.

I have used MB for overseas online business for several months, but was locked for several times.

The importance is that they never let you know how many data you need to verify, they just sometime need you verify this and sometime that. On every request they locked your account more than a week, and very slow response, one response may need more than one week, remember, don't re-ask them again, you need to requeue from begining.

I wondered why they don't give me a complete list of what personal data need to verify, but just one by one. So wast your time. Now they said to have members about 3 Million, if each account being locked for one week, they got a terrible interest income.

I hope any member can tell me which other organisation in Europe has the same function as MB, I hope to change another one.
