Here is a part of my own well-maintained list. I just submitted an article to these sites and also checked the article I submitted 5 days ago and all of them approved the previous article, and also indexed by Google.

I am using roboform and it takes only around 15 minutes for me to submit to all of these directories using this form filler. PR and nofollow/doffolow is not important as long as your article is approved in fair time, and the page is indexed by Google.

many wp blog based article directories are instant approval sites, although they usually do nto have high PR. and there are some software can post to them automatically which is better than roboform.
