Another US rater here, June was no good. I only got a total of 10 hours for the month. The last several weeks I only have enough availability during my availability -which is vast!- for about 8hr/week.

Sorry to hear about that. What hours are you trying to work? I was able to get in 20 hours a week in June by working a couple hours during the day and then late evening. This month I have had NRT in the mornings everyday but then have had tasks for the most part from like 2 PM EST until midnight (especially this week, I didn't work much first week of July)

I am in the EST zone.

I typically check when I get up in the morning at 6 and have at least an hour undisturbed. Then several small burst of time between then and 8am to check in and rate if anything is available, and if it is I try to make it work for me. From 8 until 10 am I have a good solid block of time I could use if their is availability, then I'm on & off with small bursts of time to check again until a sold block of time to dedicate between 1 - 3 pm. Usually not available again until 5:30 and then the most I can rate then 1/2 the time is 30 minute bursts. The first week in June I took a leave of absence, so I should probably take that into account, but still my amount of tasks was LOW, and the availability of tasks seemed almost nil. My schedule of checking is pretty much the same day in and day out every day of the week. Ideally I'd like to spread it out so that I can get in about 3 hours/day 7 days/week. That's what I hope for anyway. I have found that I'm checking more frequently during the day, and that it's sometimes beneficial but not as fruitful as I'd hope for.

My world stop making sense at about 9pm. My eyes start to cross & I'm lucky if I can keep my eyes open when sitting. Clearly by my availability & now by this you can tell I'm a SAHM with little ones. It sounds like it might be a better utilization of my time to nap when the baby naps and stay up at night! Especially if the task flow more between 2 and midnight.

I have a notebook I've been documenting all the times I log in and there are no tasks. It's filling up, let me tell you. It's my hope that if they're unsatisfied with my lack of participation I can show that I am seriously TRYING! I do not want to lose this source of income, I'd love to increase it.

Sounds like you are doing pretty much what you can to get in the time so I don't think they would ding you on participation.

I get where you are coming from with being tired. I usually get up around 5 or 5:30 with my little ones and hang out with them for a couple hours before work and then go to work until around 6 and come home and get them down for the night and get back to work. I'll usually work as along as I possibly can the first part of the week and try to get in 20 hours by Thursday so I can take three straight days off. It only allows for a couple hours of sleep a night but it is worth it to me to not have to worry about hours for those three straight days.

Surely they must be up to something? I mean the toolbar thing, canceled webinars, no new messages in the community portal etc.

I might have to seriously consider attempting it your way. Sounds like you know how to make it work!

Good point, there's that plus they're working on their quality assessment/star system?

Good points. They also seem to be reworking their quality assessment/star rating system. I would think they'd still have a workload for us though?

Hi everyone,
I am thoroughly frightened and confused, as I just got my first TWO STAR rating! What the heck?! I'm looking at my reviews and I am about 70% accurate this month. Does that really warrant a 2 star rating? Does anyone have advice to improve or any advice that might help me? I think I read that the rating is also based on how many webinars or quizzes you cooperate in. It this true? I am very afraid I might get fired because of the lack of hours and now this star rating. I have been getting 4 stars for months!

Sorry for the double post last night. I didn't think it went through and rewrote.

I was happy to be greeted with TYPE 7 this morning! YAY! About 10 in and I keep getting server timed out messages and server not found messages. Anyone else?

adquintana88, I haven't had a low star rating in awhile, but haven't had star ratings available to me in awhile! I'd be stressed too. Hopefully this is just a reflection on their redoing the star rating system and will not affect you? I'll keep my fingers crossed for you.

2 stars won't get you pulled from the program outright but definitely work on quality for the next month. Feedback and stars are actually unrelated so you must have been unlucky on what they chose as a sample for your star rating--something they are very opaque about. It's also possible they have tweaked the star system and this is skewing ratings lower (I know mine was lower this month.) Going to webinars, and doing quizzes certainly could not hurt, especially if you are having problems with those newer complex tasks they've been rolling out. Consider taking longer on tasks to double check your methodology, even beyond the normal length for the type, then just put your hours in line with the metric until you have them down.

Someone else mentioned concern over being confronted by LB for non participation during NRT. LB knows there are fewer tasks available and always gives raters a pass on participation if there is NRT, any NRT whatsoever in my experience. Don't stress on this one folks.

Thank you. It's just scary getting such a low rating, and being "under review." I hope it just has something to do with changing the system.

Hopefully this makes you feel a little better. I received 4/5 stars for 10 months then a big fat 2! They still renewed my contract and I received a 3 star this time (that is with attending a bunch of webinars, no quizzes) I really wish they would give some personal feedback. censored2.gif

Tasks have been flowing all day. I hope you have been able to take advantage!
