Hi Folks Since most of us are calling our bank for credit card charge back, it is also a good time to find out which one will serve us and take care of customers needs in times of crisis like this. This will help us to decide on which card to use in future.I had a lot of problem with the Stand Chart customer service. They told me, 1. Have to pay $15 per chargeback transaction. 2. I have to pay for my upcoming bill first, cannot hold payment till investigation. I was very upset with them, told them my wife's OCBC not only offered to hold back payment, can also put temporary credit, so no interest charge. But Stand Chart still refuse to give in. Hey man, scared I no money to pay is it, never owe them a single cent & never pay late before man. ( Well done OCBC Credit Card, that is the kind of service we need, I think Credit Card Cust Svc girl call Kristine) whether we manage to have our refund finally is not the issue, issue is we need assurance as a customer that our interest is being look into and that they will help to protect us from fraudulent merchants. So my votes from 1 to 10
OCBC 9/10 (will continue to use the card for many many years, even if I have to pay subscription) Stand Chart 2/10 (will cancel my card if they continue such lousy service.

Your wife was indeed fortunate to speak to the customer officer from OCBC who was so helpful and understanding. I managed to speak to the customer officer who insisted that I have to pay the upcoming bill first, cannot hold payment till investigation. Alternatively, I can choose to pay for the daily interest. She had also faxed me a copy of the dispute form to fill up. So how should I rate OCBC?
