Motorola A 1200 Model Cell Phone

i was thinking of picking this one up since it has interent browsing..im really in need of a "compact" sized pda..right now i have the tmobile mda and its like walking around with a brick..its huge..and to be honest the performance is bad..its very slow..im constantly losing my connection when trying to use the internet or even the phone..and the camera on it sucks..so i was wondering if anyone has experience with this motorola A 1200 model

when i try to send someone money thru paypal using firefox i get a pop up asking me to down load something called webscr..when i do it doesnt work..then when i try sending using IE it goes to another page but with just alot of computer language stuff...whats the deal?
