How did you cancel your account? I just tried in the back office, but that feature
doesn't seem to be working yet.

You are right Chris.
I open a ticket to the support and ask to cancel. Time to wait.

they told me that they had not charged my card yet so i am okay

I too am in the process. I submitted a ticket, BUT I also changed my credit card details in the "billing information" section so the card would not/could be authorized by accident just as a precaution. I changed the expiration date and the CVC code to an incorrect set of numbers.

The email to support@e-verge will be next if I do not hear from them by tomorrow.

This is a very disappointing turn of events with this team build, but this is absolutely no reflection on Keo's team build abilities.....unfortunately they seemed to change the comp plan midstream.

http://e-vergesupport.com , then hit Submit a Ticket, then fill the form.

You will get a faster responds than emailing support@e-verge.com

Also your Ticket # is your proof you submitted a request.

Of course, if you plan to cancel, you should also delete your CC info
in your back office under Billing.
