Even if your signup goes inactive, you will still get paid on THREE levels worth of compression or 39 positions deep,
25 paid members deep and you are at break-even on your $49.95 monthly cost, as I stated earlier.
Who would want to go inactive, when you are going to get paid $2 each member under you?
I don't think you can even go inactive and still be in the company?
As my back-office only shows three links - Updrade, Downgrade or Cancel.

This is my understanding of the comp plan after listening to the recorded calls & talking with upline leaders .

Again 1,092 members X $2= You Do the Math on your potential residual income.

How did you cancel your account? I just tried in the back office, but that feature
doesn't seem to be working yet.

You are right Chris.
I open a ticket to the support and ask to cancel. Time to wait.

they told me that they had not charged my card yet so i am okay

I too am in the process. I submitted a ticket, BUT I also changed my credit card details in the "billing information" section so the card would not/could be authorized by accident just as a precaution. I changed the expiration date and the CVC code to an incorrect set of numbers.

The email to support@e-verge will be next if I do not hear from them by tomorrow.

This is a very disappointing turn of events with this team build, but this is absolutely no reflection on Keo's team build abilities.....unfortunately they seemed to change the comp plan midstream.
