Excellent post, Mike. We will, of course, get spillover as well since we are all in this even before the pre launch in July. But people need to realize that spillover alone is not going to fill their matrix, and it is not something you can rely on totally for income. That is great we are in this early and will get spillover, but that is not how Travelencia was designed, otherwise no one would get anything LOL! if we were all passive. Everyone should be trying to get a direct referral or two, and in this teambuild we will work to get everyone three direct referrals.

I agree - I have become extremely particular about what I will join online now and the reason I did join Travelencia was not just for the excellent payplan, but for the quality of travel product they are offering that many will want just for the product and not for the business opportunity.

Theresa is great at coordinating team builds, we are all in one of the largest Travelencia teams and working with folks we know here at this forum, The names in here so far are known MMG members that have been around for a while, which is great!

LIVE Rep Support

We expect to have our LIVE rep support team ready to assist our representatives as early as next week. Rep support hours will be Monday - Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm EST. We are prepared to "ramp-up" based on the number of members and associates that join in the weeks and months to come. It is our goal to increase the number of support staff and hours of availability based on the number of representatives that join from different countries and time zones. Real-Time Commissions Reports in the Back-Office

WOW, what a POWERFUL TOOL! The genealogy tracking and commission reports are valuable tools to help you track your business. Please let your teammates know that the commission reports are not ready yet. We still have some programming that needs to be completed, so please disregard the commission totals for now. We will send out another notice once the programming is completed and the reports are accurate.



Marketing Material

Soon you will see training and marketing tools in your back-office to help you build your business. Thank you to the reps that have already translated the PowerPoint presentation into Spanish, Dutch, and Romanian. We are working on a few splash pages for internet marketing. These tools and more will be available in the back-office in the days to come.

I should also mention that the closest upline in our team is also a big leader in Travelencia and listed in the Travelencia update in the previous post, Reuben Gutierrez. He is just 2 levels above me, and Reuben is under Sheila Maillet. SOO we have two of the top leaders in our upline. They are just getting this ramped up since we are still waiting for all the tools to be available.

I have heard of some good things that will be available soon from Reuben . One of them is a sizzle call tree where you'll press the number according to what language you speak so that will be real cool. Travelencia will be huge so get ready!

This is still in pre pre launch phase and will soon become a household name. The product alone is well worth the monthly fee.

The comp plan just makes this a much more appealing opportunity.

Yes the comp plan is what makes this so appealing. The product well worth the cost, think of all the savings you can have, because there is so much more then just travel discounts here.

We are in a group with very strong leadership and positioned very well. Can not wait for the advertising tools to be ready.

Wow, already got paid commissions on referrals! Quickly got set up and logged in to the payment processor, filled out bank information and sent to my bank account. I'll let you know how long it takes to get there, the processor indicated that in the USA it is only a couple of days.
