To be become a Consultant, no. You would need to be a U.S. Resident. You can still order through a Consultant but as far as joining, you would need to a U.S. Resident. Hopefully, that makes sense and I can get some clarification on that if need be. Let me know

I see what your saying. Here's information taken from policy, hopefully this helps.

Country of Residence
You must be a legal resident of the United States, or if you are not a permanent resident you must be
legally authorized to work in your country of residence in order to enroll as a Jamberry Nails Consultant.
If it is discovered that an individual has provided Jamberry Nails with false residency information or false
tax ID information during enrollment, their Jamberry Nails account will be closed and they will lose any
commissions not already paid out. Jamberry Nails communication, in any form, whether from a
Consultant or the corporate office, should not encourage individuals who are not legally authorized to
work in their respective countries (United States) to complete the enrollment process.

Ok point noted. Lets hope they roll it to other countries soon. Where i am we are 1 Mile from US territory!

Jamberry Nails 1st National Conference!
June 8-9 in Salt Lake City Utah

You are going to love National Conference! It is a time to meet your fellow consultants, the creators of Jamberry Nails and the home office staff. Those attending conference will be the first to see (and receive) a new product to be introduced into our product line. There will be giveaways, awards, recognition, motivational speakers, trainers, an incentive trip announcement and bonus trip points for those attending. Plus so much more! We are excited to meet the consultants. Remember, there is still time to earn the $300 travel allowance. All you need is 3,000 pcv accumulated between January 1 – May 31, 2012. Guests are welcome to attend! That's right, we are opening National Conference up to one guest per consultant. Starting TODAY, April 16th, you can register a guest, business partner or potential recruit for both the conference and bus tour (space is limited to availability). Conference registration ends Wednesday, April 25th.

New Shipping Charges:

Jamberry Nails will be updating their shipping charges starting Wednesday, April 25th. Shipping rate on retail orders will be: Retail orders between $0-59.99 will pay a flat $2.99 shipping charge. Retail orders $60-149.99 will pay 5% shipping charge (ie $149.99 order pays $7.50). Shipping on orders $150 or more will be FREE! The new shipping system will allow for better linking between an order and its ship date.

So now until the 24th, orders over $45 come with free shipping. Great to take advantage of that now before the change on the 25th.

Jamberry Nails Fundraisers:

A fundraiser is essentially a Jamberry Nails party (either live party or catalog party) however, instead of receiving free and half priced products; the organization receives a cash contribution of 10% of party sales from Jamberry Nails. The contribution is based on the total guest sales before shipping and tax. Products and the contribution check will be sent separately to the ship to address. The fundraiser check must be payable to an organization and not to an individual. Consultants will earn 30% commission on fundraiser product sales, unless they are selling from their inventory in which they have already been paid. The organization is not eligible for other host benefits such as free products, half price items, etc.

Things have been extra busy around the office this month, getting ready for the first annual Jamberry Nails Conference coming up in June. We're so excited for all of you who are coming and can't wait to meet each of you personally. After reading your posts online, and seeing how your businesses are really beginning to grow, it's going to be great to actually meet and talk with you face to face! We feel like we already know some of you even though we haven't physically met. And for me, it's been personally inspiring to read your stories as they have been coming in. Jennifer has been so great to pass along to us all the successes that you're having, and the personal experiences of how Jamberry is helping to change your lives. We love reading your stories and learning about your success. We love watching you from behind the scenes build and grow your business. It is what drives us to work hard and helps us know how to make this company work better for you. Of course we have also been up late working on the fall catalog, which is one of our favorite things to do.
