Withdrawals go through GlobalExchange and you also need to fill out he W8 or W9 form first.

My commission would be a lot more but there are a lot of people that have still got to pay their video conferencing to cement them in the matrix. Some of them have several people under them and have missed out on commissions already.

One other thing I have to say is that the more you use the video email the more you realise how good it is for marketing and even normal contact with others. It is worth it for people to get that by itself.

1. The video emails being sent are now branded with both your name and the company.
2. The company will be marketing corporately in 3-4 weeks time. The benefit of this is new members go into the matrix.
3. Leaders (members with 10+ personal signups) will benefit by having corporate signups distributed to them.
4. There is a lot of development going on to make tools for marketing, there will be a whole marketing site launched.
5. There will be an incentive for people that have 10 personals that each have 10 personals, tentatively called 10+10. It will be very significant in compensation and recognition.
6. There is going to be a lot rolling out in the next 3-5 weeks.

This is the time to get involved. You can use this to market all your other businesses as well so not only are you able to build this business you can also benefit your other ones.

Even if you just joined the free video marketing and use that to check it out then upgrade later. You will find there is so much to like about this.

Latest Affiliate update said that the marketing site would be available next week.

New compensation levels added and a lot of recognition levels.

In the latest affiliate update Bill Starkey talked about the new levels being created as well as pins for recognition.

It all starts with names for recognition
Mostly based on personals sponsored and the start is tied into the matching bonus levels;

Director - a member with 3 personals (25% Matching bonus)
Senior Director - a member 5 personals (50% Matching bonus)
Executive Director - a member 8 personals (75% Matching bonus)
Corporate Director - a member 10 personals (100% Matching bonus)

There is going to be a change coming to the Corporate Director in that it will also require 100 people in the matrix. There is going to be an amount of time to get that though.

They are looking at making a lot of recognition including a webpage listing directors, a pin which from Senior director onwards will have a diamond in it with extra diamonds added at each level. Also a certificate at each level.
If someone has a personal that also makes a level that is also recognized so you could be a Senior director 2 if you had 2 other senior directors in your business.

There are two new levels that have been added.

Field Vice President
is someone that has 10 personal members who each have 10 personals. This level is going to qualify for infinity override bonus which has never been done in this way before. They will earn off everyone no matter how far below them in the business.

Global Field Chairman
Someone that has 10 Field Vice Presidents personally sponsored. They will get double override bonus. Plus other recognition.

The aim is to have the leading product and pricing in the industry as well as be the highest compensation plan in the industry.

Just to show how good they are going, they already picked up a business award about a month ago but in a few months they are off to another award ceremony because they have won another business award. How many programs on this forum have won legitimate business awards? I'm guessing no other ones.

This is going to get better and better so get involved.

The latest news from the affiliate call is pretty awesome. To see more bonuses available for the comp plan. We're already growing a pretty big business and we also have a team of people called TSA iWowWe Tribe.

I've been doing webinars for about 3 years using GotoWebinar software. GotoWebinar is great and does what I want it to, the only problem is that when I recommend it to most people, they can't afford the $99 per month! So, I looked elsewhere to see what I could find.

There are several other platforms for video conferencing and webinars and we tried and tested most of them.

I'm not going to name company names but several of those platforms just weren't stable.

When iWowWe came across our desk, we did our due diligence and came on board. The thing that impressed me was that the conferencing platform was stable.

I've been starting to use it a lot more. Have been pretty busy with things so have not done much with the conferencing lately but the video emails are so versatile you can use them for marketing or personal use. Its great.

Been pretty quiet in here about this despite the company still going strong

There is a new powerpoint presentation and new incentive for people that get three paying affiliates. The monthly fee is waived if you have three paying affiliates.

The presentation is very good for introducing people to the business.
You can get it in your backoffice. I'll look at putting it online somewhere soon and post a link for it.
