Inactive programs are programs whose thread on MMG has not had a single post for a period of 4+ weeks.

Offline programs are programs whose websites have been down for a minimum of 7 days.

The plan is very simple, its just a variable paying daily... maximum loss is 5% in any one day and the daily profits are usually between 1% and 5%, but its possible for more - but normally just 1-5%.
