Many real estate investors like a much faster return on their investments, but your offer seems good for those who can wait a year for their returns.

One problem might be though, is people cannot trust how the market is going to be in the long term.

1. My target market are individuals that are not active real estate investors. As for real estate investors, how do they get very quick returns with low risk?

2. The return is coming from rental income and not from hoping that the market turns around. This is not a very risky investment at all if you are looking for an above average return on your money.

i agree to angel! you have a good offer for those who wants to have faster return on their investments but the question is, is having a smaller money investment capital can turn into a big profit? is that possible? because most of businesses are failing because of its low amount of starting capital and yours is a syndicate so better be ready for the outcome of your plans.
