Total amount of money we invest is no more than 50% of total capital, the second part we keep as a reserve in case of unfavorable market conditions (50% of margins). The risk norm for each market where InvescoTrade invests should not overdraw 5% from total capital amount. In other words, we are ready to lose not more than 5% from total investment amount, if a trading action seems unprofitable. Risk norm is the most important guiding principle we use when we decide how many positions we can open simultaneously and where to put level of protective stop trading level (stop orders). Diversification is one of capital protection method; however, it should be used fairly. It could happen that profit from one or two successful trading actions won't cover the loss from the rest positions. Always it is necessary to find a reasonable compromise between diversification and concentration.
