Hello, everyone! I have the interesting question!

Can I open a bank account online? And then process all my payments through bank transfers?!

The issue is I am working with FXClub. The main problem is that I can withdrawal money only by bank transfer. I need some bank account that may works with PayPal.

While searching on Google, I found something called offshore bank accounts. I would like to process the funds by bank transfer to that bank account. I would like to have one that may work with PayPal.
