Medium Risk, but my trades depend more on technical analysis and confidence levels.

I am participating in the FXCast $250 contest with 400:1 leverage. The great thing about these contests is that you are not under pressure when making trades; unless you are using your life savings, which I doubt anyone is, considering the measly sum. I might dedicate a thread for posting my results throughout the month, all depend on how the first trade goes.

From what you type, i understand that you maybe quite new to the trading world.

1stly, Please do not confuse forex to be a 9-5 job where you get paid with no risks and guarantee.
2nd, Please do not confuse investing into forex like investing in a bank, where you would have to keep ur money stuck for an entire year just to see a measly 8-9% annual bank interest.

Investing into Forex trading is just like investing into any kind of business, there is no such thing as a business that doest make loss, the same way there is no such thing that trades cannot end up in loss.

I can guarantee you there is no trader in world who has never lost in trades, even the worlds best traders loses trades and even robots lose in trades, you can ask any even the worlds best trader or even the world best robot trader for their account statements and you will find plenty of losing trades.

Its not that we are dumb or that our analysis are failures or that we are following wrong ideas. Its just that in trading world nothing is predictable, even with all your righteous analysis and methods and even if you put the trade in the right direction it can lose instead of win, thats the way forex is. Almost all my accounts have losing trades and winning trades, its not surprising or shocking to anyone who knows about forex trading,

What makes a trader profitable is on the whole, the win vs lose ratio, by reducing losses and increasing profits, that way accounts end up in profits!

Sorry I'm away but, all my trades are giving nothing. The market these days looks like have no strenght. You make a little here, loose a little there, but, nothing BIG going on these days. Hope, with the news, things get hot again so we see great moves. I think the traders around the globe are on vocation! Lol. Hope they back soon! ;D
