This section houses closed, inactive, and offline programs.
Closed programs are programs whose administrators have officially announced the end to their programs.
Inactive programs are programs whose thread on MMG has not had a single post for a period of 4+ weeks.
Offline programs are programs whose websites have been down for a minimum of 7 days.

Looks good, but the plan - 108% ROI, paid upon expiration?  If it would be 120% I will join, 8% is definately too low. I'm out, good luck.

In reality he bought some avatars with me. I spent some hours talking to him and his plans are really promising. As you can see it has a low ROI. Yes, still 18% daily. But the real profit is just 8% within 6 days. Compounding it means 36% profit with month, what is reasonable and depending of what business the admin is doing is possible.
