I don't know the owner and TRUTHFULLY I'm not, neither am I one of the Admin but I just came
accros it in one of my Trafficexchange where my sponsor advertised it.

I think caution should be taken b4 you exercise your moderator power because some Domain
Registrant do hide their client's WHOIS by default from my past experienc even though the client may not be aware.
