Hello Malaysian!

Just call me Din. Saya terpanggil untuk post artikel ini untuk semua malaysian baca and discuss. Saya tahu ramai yang masih ada duit dalam EMO semenjak 12DP gunakan EMO. Website EMO pun hampir down 3-4 hari. Ianya jangka masa yang lama down untuk sesebuah website yang diserang DDOS.

Apa2 pun bacalah artikel ini untuk pengetahun dan rujukan... Trimas. smile.gif

This all started a month ago when they were to have proper licensing as
a processor. The state gave them 10 days to comply when the process
itself takes 60-90 days. I was told they are flying to meet with some bank
tomorrow to try to sign a deal where this bank handles all of this
credit card processing. If the deal does not go through I was told that
they have a court date on March 21st (next week) and will fight it out in
court.

I was also told they are working with the regulators to have a
statement made on their website stating that everything is being work out with
the State of Texas. I believe that whatever they state on the website
will be accurate for the most part as the regulators have basically
taken control of EMO.

By the way, this officer seemed very relaxed, as one could be in this
situation, and confident every thing would be taken care of properly. I
believe if this does all come about positively then EMO would be a
great choice as a processor because they then would have the blessings of
the State of Texas which should mean no more hassles.

I guess we'll all know more by Wednesday whether this deal went through
or not.
