Cash Conga!

This program has been revamped to benefit all members. I have faith in this program and in the admins. The basics of the program:

New members receive a position in Level 1 conga. As people join and pay their subscriptions and as others cycle, $5 goes to the active person in Level 1. Once that active person receives 5 payments, they are cycled to Level 2. This keeps happening until the person reaches Level 4 where they have the option of cashing out or continuing to the level 5 conga. Each time you cycle through Level 1 a new position is created for you. Subscriptions are $8 every 15 days.
