I love Dreamweaver. It's not only great for beginners, but has plenty of functionality for more experienced designers/developers.

I'm working on my wedding web page and I'm attempt to make an online RSVP form. I'm not a master of the web and have limited knowledge of HTML, though I have a knowledge of foundational principles and can understand the code somewhat.
I googled for a prewritten code, and read the reviews of cost-efficient html editors, and had a decent one, while the submit function isn't able to work. It is not the greatest layout for an RSVP form, at least not for our demands. I need a practical html editor immediately
Which html editor is the greatest one for my demands?
Any ideas will be appreciated.
