Closed programs are programs whose administrators have officially announced the end to their programs.

Inactive programs are programs whose thread on MMG has not had a single post for a period of 4+ weeks.

Offline programs are programs whose websites have been down for a minimum of 7 days.

Since the hyip and the surf have had similar plans thus far I assume that the 60 day plan applies here at the hyip also. I just checked in my account and the expiry for my deposits still show the year 2008 so maybe the terms have not changed here yet. I'll try and find out more.

Surfing will be optional
