2 X 12 Force Matrix, I like.
I dislike your "three" personal signups qualification.

My suggestion is to drop this qualification to ONE personal sign to receive commission.
A three personal signup qualification is too difficult to achieve in an ever increasing saturated market of new programs coming online daily. In other words, competition is fierce.

Also, is this a team force matrix off the main company plan or a straight company wide force matrix?
Seems like Ive heard of this company before?

The reason for the 3 personal qualification is so that the program does not stall out later. In the beginning this is not a problem, but If I understand correctly, as time goes on and this is an assumption that people inherintly do as little as possible, they will stop at getting one personal referral in order to get paid. With the 3 personal qualification, their is always spillover. The reason that I have set up my marketing team website in this fashion is so that people that join under our "my" team only have to get one personal and the other 2 we will help them get. Please check out the section on "why join our team"

In response to your other question, the answer is both. This is my teams matrix off of the company, but the company will also come back and fill in any open spots that are not filled in our team matrix as well as company wide using the marketing system of calling people. $6.00 of your $34.95 each month is used to make phone calls and these phone leads are used to fill in the gaps making it a straight company wide forced matrix.

This company is brand new, so dont think that you have heard of them.

This is a completely new company. If you look at the Gano Excel website, the compensation programs are highly different. The product might be similar in the fact of Ganoderma Lucidum, but Healthy Coffee Business is much easier to understand.

I'm a member (George) and decided to join and be a part of Evan's Healthy Coffee Team.

My main reason is because the company is newly launched- three weeks ago
and getting a great company matrix position is possible now.
