Do you think is it good idea to flip active website like we actively run now ? though we think it's not bad to transfer its twin site (no rcb site). Still quo vadis because we have too many websites to handle

The thing is when it comes to flipping websites is you need it to have a lot of traffic, it needs to have revenue, and has to be in a niche that is profitable. Other than that, you could still sell a site that is not active, no money, but all you're selling is the domain name itself. People look for the age, revenue, and traffic. If you're not using it anymore, I would probably just sell the domain name.

Flipping active websites can be greatly profitable. Sometimes websites just need a little extra push to grow into what they are capable of. If you can find active sites that have potential to allow you to grow them while you are selling them then it will give you a better shot at success. Sometimes the website might end up doing so well that you will decide to keep it.

Just make sure you do your due diligence before buying and check ratings at Flippa or other similar sites.

Yes if sometimes the website earn so well then we could cancel the selling but the problem is the time to handle too many websites. Thanks for the advice

It can be a great deal if you have a good revenue stream and constant traffic. You should easily get 12-14x your monthly revenue. If the domain name has a good PR (you said you have PR 3) then you can a little more for it. I would flip it if I were you and did not want to work on the site any more.

I believe that the site to which people come not profitable to sell by connecting to the affiliate program you can make your site profitable, and revenue to use to hire someone who will work on website, develop it
