I transferred money by WU online to their agent but they refused because it was transferred by WU online which they do not accept. They wrote me that I have to transfer the money again by WU office. I tried to get my money back by WU but I had to learn that the money was already picked up. So I checked my LR account but there is no money and then I received an email that my order is overdue and I have to apply again... very strange... Yes we do not accept money transfers sent through online interface and it is written in several places and also when you make order. So that order could not be completed and it become overdue automatically. If you can not return your transer by yourself please contact our support team so we will help you. In connection with increase amount of cases of scam, we do not carry out removal of transfers Western Union (MoneyGram) sent through online-interface. Please use western union (moneygram) office to send money transfer.' In FAQ section there is also the same info. And when you receive details you are informed that 'after you will make western union at western union office...' Funds are not received via receiver, so sender can phone to western union office and can return transfer to his card. Transfer can not be received because it was send via online interface. Yes you are right - our fee is only 3 usd for buying liberty reserve via wire transfer at the moment. So you can send us 1503 usd and we will send you 1500 liberty reserve usd. But you need to pay all bank fees - you need to ask your bank for transfering money with OUR option (payer pay all fees). If your bank will not pay all fees our bank will deduct our account some usd. (for such amount it will be near 20 usd). Please aslo do not forget that liberty reserve will have it's fee from receiver (2.99 usd for that amount).

You need to read the faq's before joining any program or exchange service. It specifically says in their faq that THEY DO NOT DO WU ONLINE. You must go to the WU store. It says that. You'll get your money back I'm sure but next time please read the faq Ok now admin of this exchange service, I have a question that is not listed in your faq's, I would like to know that if I send money via WU store, how long does it take for you to fund my Libertyreserve account?
