if eCardOne admin is reading this thread can you reply me with the recent update according to my 2 support tickets I sent?
I used your service 2 times before and have no problems whatsoever. Especially I was very pleased when I found out that you're using UniCredit Bank Slovakia for transferring the funds as this the bank I'm using. So the transactions were made super fast (within a few hours!)
But this last time seems like something went wrong and I'm trying to find out what (no replies to my tickets yet). I have contacted my bank to find out if the transaction went through OK and was told that you already received funds yesterday. So why don't I see them on my LR account yet?
Thanks in advance for your answer.
