two day ago I sell about LR 4000 to ecardOne (Order Number: 17169) , and today I receive 350

I already contact my bank, and they say ECARDONE BANCORP LIMITED send 357,43 to me !!!

I contact them on all possible ways
send email to
NO-REPLY@ecardone.com
info@ecardone.com
call on phone +64 9 889 3353 and left message
I even send fax! to +420 22 601 5694

also send message by their support form on web site

and still no reply

is it possible that I am scammed ...

should I fill complaint on GDCA?

OK...I just have been contacted by Mark from eCardOne
looks like everything will be solved shortly
he send me screenshot of paymnet that they will send + they add 25 euro
to compesate bank fees
so hopefully I will get exsact amount that they should send

anyway I am glad to see eCardOne is good and reliable exchange service

Good to see your issue was promptly resolved by ecardone.

It would be also good if you waited for ecardone to respond within 24 hours per their stated policy before making frantic posts on this forum and on TG.

I think it would be better that they didn't make mistake at all

they can have policy to reply after 7 days ...
point is to serve your customers and avoid bad publicty ...a not have have policies
to have policiy doesnt help when you are in this situation

it will be better to have policy to not make errors and have fastest possible reply system
os customer feels OK , when this happend

It's unfortunate the mistake was made in your order, and hopefully you will receive the rest of what is owed to you on this transaction very soon.

No business is immune to mistakes and irate customers, and some people will complain no matter what. One impatient customer can't do any damage to a solid reputation.

If they didn't respond within 24 hours, it would be a different story, but they did. Please post when you receive the rest of your money so that we know the issue was completely resolved by ecardone to your satisfaction.

Happy that you've solved your problems. Anyway I used this exchanger even before when it was called goldexchange.eu and I had a quick and timely service. However it was not too big sums in the order of several hundred dollars. It is better to use one that we believe most safe and reliable, or divide among several? Hard to say. Bye
