 What is this section?
This section houses closed, inactive, and offline programs.
Closed programs are programs whose administrators have officially announced the end to their programs.
Inactive programs are programs whose thread on MMG has not had a single post for a period of 4+ weeks.
Offline programs are programs whose websites have been down for a minimum of 7 days.

Well I checked this one out. It works. I payed me. Already doubled my account. For this minutes gained almost all that I lost at hotcycler Join now!

Hi there
Main reason I am not joining up as this admin has not been active in cycler and doubler programs, in fact never been active at all in MMG. Because of that know nothing about the admin and so got no idea if can be trusted or not.
I only join programs of people who have been posting in MMG and been active in the doublers and cyclers and so I know a little about how this person behaves.
That is the reason I am not joining and I think I am not the only one who thinks this way.
